His understanding of technology and prowess in building world class R&D centres sets him apart as a forward-thinker, staying ahead of the digital revolution curve.
Mr. Reddy was part of Pega’s Global Leadership Team and headed Pega India since 2008. A veteran in the IT industry, Mr. Reddy played a critical role in establishing Pegasystems, India as an R&D behemoth in the country. Besides being a seasoned titan of the industry, Mr. Reddy is well known in the government domain. He is an active member of esteemed industry bodies, national forums leadership clubs such as NASSCOM, CII, HYSEA, YPO, and TiE. Mr. Reddy is recognized globally as a thought leader who thrives in an ever-evolving tech landscape and is also a great mentor to the tech entrepreneurs.
Mr. Reddy is venerated for his entrepreneurial spirit, and it was that which led him to the conception of Bluevoir. Dave comes to Bluevoir as a 30 + year tech veteran who has worked as a consumer of technology, a seller of technology and an implementor of technology. Dave Joins us after 19 years at Pegasystems where he worked in Consulting helping some of the world’s most renown brands evaluate, select and implement Pega’s Leading AI powered capabilities. By consistently maintaining a customer centric approach, he demonstrated the thought leadership and collaboration that’s required to guide clients to the realization of Pega’s value proposition through best practices.
Always striving to ensure “we do the right thing” by our clients, Dave will first represent what our clients need to hear and not focus on what they may want to hear. He looks for the ongoing application and innovation of technology to drive repeatable success and ensure that the value our clients seek is the value delivered throughout our relationships.
When not helping clients derive value from Pega, Dave spends his spare time with his family, out on the water fishing, spending some time on the links or enjoying the winter skiing
