These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Bluevoir website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate written terms govern any Bluevoir services, proposals or client engagements and prevail if they conflict with these website terms.

The website is operated by Bluevoir through its relevant entities and teams. References to Bluevoir, we, us and our mean the Bluevoir entity responsible for the website or the relationship concerned. General enquiries may be sent to [email protected].

You may use the site for lawful business-information, recruitment and enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the site; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; submit unlawful or misleading material; or systematically scrape, reproduce or harvest content except through ordinary search-engine indexing.

Website content is general information about Bluevoir and its capabilities. It is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a binding service commitment, warranty, proposal or offer. Scope, pricing, licensing, timing, outcomes and responsibilities are established only in an approved written agreement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
11. Changes and severability
Bluevoir may update these terms by publishing a revised version. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
