Bluevoir is a Pega-focused global delivery business operating through entities and teams in the United States, India and Singapore, with an office presence in Thailand. The Bluevoir entity responsible for personal information depends on the relationship and region involved.

Information you provide

The contact form submits the name, email address, telephone number, message and relevant campaign context you choose to provide. A Cloudflare Pages Function validates the request and uses Resend to deliver it to Bluevoir's enquiries team. The website confirms receipt only after the delivery service accepts the message.

Career applications are also sent by email. Bluevoir receives the information and attachments you choose to provide, which may include your CV, employment history, location and LinkedIn profile.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless Bluevoir has specifically requested it and provided an appropriate method for doing so.

Information created when you use the site

The site stores your theme choice and third-party media choice in your browser's local storage. Campaign parameters may be held in session storage during your visit and included with a submitted enquiry so Bluevoir can understand which campaign led to it.

The hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamp and error or security events. Bluevoir does not currently operate a website analytics or advertising tracker on this site.

YouTube content is not loaded until you allow third-party media. If enabled, Google and YouTube may receive technical and usage information under their own privacy terms.

How we use information

Bluevoir uses information to respond to enquiries, prepare and provide requested services, manage client and business relationships, assess job applications, protect and operate the website, understand campaign-originated enquiries, meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Bluevoir relies on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Sharing and international access

Information may be shared with the Bluevoir team responsible for the enquiry or application, affiliated Bluevoir entities, and providers supporting hosting, email, recruitment, security and professional advice. It may also be disclosed where required by law or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Because Bluevoir operates internationally, information may be accessed from or transferred to another country. Where required, Bluevoir uses contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.

Bluevoir does not sell personal information and does not use this website for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention and security

Bluevoir keeps enquiry, relationship and recruitment information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Retention may differ by relationship and jurisdiction.

Bluevoir uses administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
